The story is just as amazing as the first with it continuing right where the first one left off. Having to save Movieland from an alien invasion being led by a group called Gedow who of which are trying to steal the seven 'Rainbow Oscars' which are said to hold the happy endings. So yet again Viewtiful Joe steals the lime light with an outstanding sequel to a game which really didn't need one.
